Connect with Transit
Getting around the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Region just got easier!
You can now connect your Red Bike account and/or purchase Red Bike access directly in the Transit app making it simple to : unlock bikes, plan trips, and connect to Metro and the Streetcar in one transportation ecosystem.
How to Link Your Red Bike Account to the Transit App:
- Download the Transit app and navigate to the home page
- Find Red Bike on available transit options
- Don’t see Red Bike? Find your profile icon in the upper left corner, select two wheels, confirm that Red Bike is checked and prioritized
- Tap “Get a Bike” under Red Bike
- Select “Unlock a Bike”
- Find “Connect Here” and login using your Red Bike username and password
- Start riding right from the transit app!
How to Purchase Red Bike Access in the Transit App:
- Download the Transit app and navigate to the home page
- Find Red Bike on available transit options
- Don’t see Red Bike? Find your profile icon in the upper left corner, select two wheels, confirm that Red Bike is checked and prioritized
- Tap “Get a Bike” under Red Bike
- Choose the access option that fits your ride (24 hours, monthly, or annual)
- Enter email, phone number, and payment method to create your account and purchase access
- Use the map to find a nearby station, select a bike, and unlock following the in-app prompts
