About the Go Pass
The Red Bike Go Pass is a reduced-cost Red Bike membership designed to make biking more accessible for people who face financial or transportation barriers. Available monthly or annually, the Go Pass gets you where you need to go- whether that’s work, school, appointments, or transit connections.
Go Pass members have full system access to the Red Bike system across Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky through the Bcycle app.

Step 1. Get Your Promo Code
Complete the Go Pass registration form with:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
You’ll confirm eligibility by entering one of the following:
- An EBT number
- A HEAP or PIPP client number
- A partner passcode from a participating organization
Once submitted, you’ll receive an email with your promo code and next steps (be sure to check spam foler)
Step 2: Purchase the Go Pass
- Download or open the Bcycle app
- Google/Apple (link each)
- Select “Get a Pass” from the map screen
- Choose “Go Pass – Monthly ($60)
- Create or log in to your account using your contact information
- Follow prompts to verify phone number and email
- Enter your promo code (sent to your email) and select apply to reduce cost to $5
- Add or charge a valid credit card to purchase pass and cover any potential fees

- Return to the map page and start riding
How to Ride
- Use the BCycle app map to find a nearby station
- Select a dock number and follow the in-app steps to unlock a bike
- When the bike releases, pull it straight back from the dock
- Enjoy up to two hours of riding per trip*
- End your ride by returning the bike to any open dock and waiting for it to lock
Overage Fees
- Trips longer than 120 minutes (2 hours) without redocking will incur a $2 fee per additional hour
- To avoid extra fees, dock the bike at any station every two hours—you can check it right back out and keep riding
* Bikes must be docked at a Red Bike station to end a trip. Riders are responsible for bikes and any associated fees if a bike is left unattended or goes missing.
