Do you love Red Bike? Interested in earning a t-shirt, annual pass, and other goodies? Check out the below ambassador descriptions, and contact us using the below form. We can always use some extra hands!
Are you emphatic about Red Bike? Are you personable and enjoy educating others? We have the perfect role for you! Red Bike participates in a wide variety of local events ranging from health fairs, marathon expos, and Earth Day activities. What better way to spread bike share love than for others to hear testimonials from everyday Red Bike users!
Specific duties for event volunteers will vary depending on the nature of each event, but you can expect to talk a lot about Red Bike and your personal experiences with using Cincinnati’s bike share program, along with answering basic questions about how the system works.
Time Commitment: ~2 hours per event
Occasionally city events will drive riders to busier areas of the city, such as Washington Park or near the stadiums. You would be posted at a high-traffic station, and when the station fills up, you would be responsible for removing bikes, corralling them, along with answering basic questions.
Time Commitment: ~2 hours
Ride in a Parade
Throughout the year, mostly in the summer, Red Bike is asked to participate in various parades, such as the Opening Day Parade, Cincinnati Pride, and Northside’s 4th of July Parade. This role is for you if you enjoy riding, smiling, and waving!
Time Commitment: ~1 to 3 hours per event
As we grow and expand so does our bike fleet! Our Red Bikes are shipped to us with some assembly required, and we always welcome assistance with getting new bikes in the field. Not a bike mechanic? No worries – we’ll teach you how to build a Red Bike!
Time Commitment: ~1 hour per Red Bike
